As Vice President of Sales at NorthStream Safety & Rehab, Eric is responsible for driving strategic growth, expanding national partnerships, and supporting the delivery of scalable, compliant occupational health solutions across Canada.
A Certified Registered Safety Technician (CRST) and Member of the Order of St. John (MStJ), Eric brings a unique blend of frontline emergency response experience and executive-level commercial leadership. His career has spanned emergency medical services, health and safety program development, and the growth of integrated occupational health and wellness offerings for employers operating in complex, high-risk environments.
Eric is deeply committed to community service and professional leadership. He has served with St. John Ambulance for many years in both operational and governance roles, including on the Central East Regional Board, and continues to support Medical First Responder (MFR) units, volunteer development, and youth programs throughout Ontario.
Known for his collaborative and values-driven leadership style, Eric is passionate about building strong client partnerships, advancing safety culture, and aligning occupational health services with real-world operational needs. At NorthStream, he is focused on helping organizations protect their people, meet regulatory requirements, and enable safer, more productive workplaces nationwide.
Jeff McPhee
Senior Sales & Business Development Leader
Jeff McPhee is a senior sales and business development leader with more than 25 years of experience driving revenue growth, developing new markets and leading high-performing teams. Recognized for his relationship-driven approach and consistent performance, Jeff has built a career exceeding targets, navigating competitive markets and supporting the success of both customers and internal teams. He also serves as Chair of The Joe LaMontagne Memorial March Break Hockey Tournament in Cole Harbour, NS and is a proud husband to Sarah and proud father to Breton and Genevieve.
